How to Get Started
Without Overwhelm

Oliveda is potent and concentrated. Your skin may need a short adjustment period as it detoxes from water-based products and begins responding to true bioactives. Here is how to make it smooth.

Start with one or two products

Begin with a cleanser and one serum. Let your skin adjust before adding more. You do not need the full routine on day one.

Introduce new products every 1 to 2 weeks

This helps you know what your skin loves and lets each product show you what it can do.

Exfoliate once or twice a week

Dead skin cells block bioactives from reaching deeper layers. Regular gentle exfoliation clears the path so every product performs at its peak.

Nighttime products stay nighttime

F65, F82, F87, 004, and F81 contain Vitamin A derivatives or AHAs. Use them at night, cleanse in the morning, and always follow with SPF during the day.

Layer thin to thick
